Email vschepen@gmail.com with your store’s myshopify.com address, the step you were taking and the error message. Remove customer details from examples. Never send your Shopify password, app secret or access token.
Email supportMake your first Shopify draft
- Open Paperlane from your Shopify store. Check the connected catalog in Product catalog.
- Choose an Excel .xlsx, CSV or text-based PDF purchase order. Confirm the sheet, header row, SKU column and Quantity column.
- Resolve missing or ambiguous matches and check every quantity. Prices come from your catalog.
- Approve the reviewed lines and save the draft. Saving uses one order from your allowance.
- Select Create draft in Shopify. Open the result in Shopify and check taxes, shipping and final prices there.
If an import does not work
Use a simple table with SKU and Quantity columns. Keep SKUs as text to preserve leading zeroes and use values instead of spreadsheet formulas. A file can contain up to 200 order lines. Scanned PDFs, images, encrypted PDFs and arbitrary layouts are not supported. Catalogs support up to 1,000 variants.
If Shopify has not confirmed a draft, use Check Shopify result. Do not start a second import just to retry the same order.
Sign-in and subscriptions
For an expired session, open your Shopify admin, select your store, then choose Paperlane under Apps.
Your first five saved reviewed drafts are free. The paid plan, when available, is USD $19 per month for 35 reviewed drafts per Shopify billing cycle, with no automatic overage charges. Open Plans & usage to see your allowance, manage your subscription through Shopify or refresh its status. You must approve a paid subscription in Shopify before it starts.
